Admiral Semmes Hotel Renovation Mobile, AL

Broussard Mechanical provided services as part of the complete renovation of this classic 12-story landmark hotel in downtown Mobile, AL. Work included replacement of a 150-ton cooling tower, two 80-ton chillers, all water source heat pumps in the rooms and air handlers in the common areas. We also installed a new make-up air unit with ductwork and replaced plumbing fixtures.
